In September, PCP celebrated National Fitness Day by creating three workout routines with our BBO Road Health Trainer, Luke Liddell.
The videos are available for everyone to use, and focus on a variety of fitness abilities. We have worked together to create an at home workout routine that uses common household items to benefit your workout, a chair based exercise routine and lastly a advance exercise routine to challenge yourself.
