PCP is proud to deliver Healthwatch Sunderland they are your health and social care champions, they want to hear about your experiences from services such as GPs and hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes or other support services.

They want health and social care services that work for those accessing them. They play an important role bringing local communities and services together - everything they do is shaped by what people tell them.

In turn they will help you and listen to you about how you think health and social care services can be improved, and they will let you know when changes are being made.
